I often say that in this business, the transport itself is the easiest part—and here’s why. Special transport involves a series of procedures and regulations that must be understood and followed, not only in Serbia but also in every country the convoi exceptionnel passes through.

Just take a look at this sign: "IZVANREDNI PRIJEVOZ" (the term used for special transport in Croatia). Well, we have as many different terms as there are countries we travel through!
I won’t go into the countless permits that need to be obtained, the selection of the best routes, or the servicing of vehicles and equipment. That’s all crystal clear, repeated countless times, and never up for debate.
The most important part of this job—like any other, more or less—is people. Everyone we work with daily to get the job done right. Just as truck engines need AdBlue to reduce harmful emissions, we need good communication to complete tasks smoothly.
Here’s a recent example of a transport involving multiple stakeholders—both due to the nature of the cargo and the specific loading process.
I must admit that I’ve spent years building my compact team of employees. I have always strived for my people to reflect our shared business values.
Yes, we are in the transport business, but what makes it special isn’t just the cargo—it’s the teamwork required from a large number of participants. Our drivers, escort personnel, police officers, loading and unloading workers, and many others from their respective companies—from owners to gatekeepers—all play a role. Each of us must be in the right place at the right time.
If even one link in this chain of colleagues and partners weakens, the consequences can be significant, often resulting in delays.
Since the very beginning of my business, now over 20 years ago, I have always made it a priority to meet every deadline I set. Step by step, one successful, on-time transport after another, CSLOG has grown and strengthened—just like an ant, steadily building its way forward.
The key, I believe, is patience and respect—both for the law and for the unwritten rules we establish as business partners.
In the end, there’s no magic to it—just hard work and goodwill. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone we’ve crossed paths with along the way, hoping we’ll continue to cover many more good kilometers together.
