Special transport involves a series of procedures and regulations that must be understood and followed, not only in Serbia but also in every country the <em>convoi exceptionnel<\/em> passes through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/cslog.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/photo1645290761-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2231\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cslog.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/photo1645290761-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/cslog.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/photo1645290761-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/cslog.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/photo1645290761.jpeg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Just take a look at this sign: <em>\"IZVANREDNI PRIJEVOZ\"<\/em> (the term used for special transport in Croatia). Well, we have as many different terms as there are countries we travel through!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I won\u2019t go into the countless permits that need to be obtained, the selection of the best routes, or the servicing of vehicles and equipment. That\u2019s all crystal clear, repeated countless times, and never up for debate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most important part of this job\u2014like any other, more or less\u2014is people. Everyone we work with daily to get the job done right. Just as truck engines need AdBlue to reduce harmful emissions, we need good communication to complete tasks smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s a recent example of a transport involving multiple stakeholders\u2014both due to the nature of the cargo and the specific loading process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Prevoz vangabaritnog tereta na relaciji Ruma-Sisak\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/7Q93KYqwyao?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I must admit that I\u2019ve spent years building my compact team of employees. I have always strived for my people to reflect our shared business values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, we are in the transport business, but what makes it special isn\u2019t just the cargo\u2014it\u2019s the teamwork required from a large number of participants. Our drivers, escort personnel, police officers, loading and unloading workers, and many others from their respective companies\u2014from owners to gatekeepers\u2014all play a role. Each of us must be in the right place at the right time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If even one link in this chain of colleagues and partners weakens, the consequences can be significant, often resulting in delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the very beginning of my business, now over 20 years ago, I have always made it a priority to meet every deadline I set. Step by step, one successful, on-time transport after another, CSLOG has grown and strengthened\u2014just like an ant, steadily building its way forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key, I believe, is patience and respect\u2014both for the law and for the unwritten rules we establish as business partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the end, there\u2019s no magic to it\u2014just hard work and goodwill.
